With a garage spot belonging to the property, there is no need to be worried about the parking zones that Prague is full of. In the summer, you can have a drink or two on the balcony, while enjoying the cool summer breeze. The whole unit is located on the 2nd floor of a residential building with an elevator. LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN The large, fully equipped kitchen allows you to start off your day with some tasty breakfast before heading out to the city. And after a long day of exploring Prague, there is nothing better than to relax on the sofa. ✓ Fridge, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, etc. ✓ Dining area ✓ Smart TV with Netflix BEDROOMS In both of the bedrooms, you will find comfy beds (one king-sized in the first one and three single in the other one) and a balcony entrance. GUEST REGISTRATION AND CITY TAX In accordance with the legal obligations imposed by the Police of the Czech Republic and the City of Prague, all guests are required to complete a simple online registration form and pay a city tax of CZK 50 per person per night of stay. This payment must be made via online payment after completing the registration form, prior to check-in. Check-in instructions will be sent once the form has been completed. 2. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS To support our eco-friendly practices, we automatically prepare one double bed for every two guests. If you prefer separate beds, just let us know at least 24 hours before you arrive and we’ll happily set them up for you. Changes requested after check-in will incur a small surcharge. 3. GUEST COUNT Make sure to always book for the correct number of guests. 4. EXTRA SERVICES • 2-hour early check-in for 349 CZK (subject to availability). • 1-hour late check-out for 349 CZK (subject to availability). • Extra set of keys for 299 CZK (must be ordered before arrival.
