Aga's Seaview Cottages

Our property, 2 independent cottages are located in Agios Markos, a small old village in the northeastern part of Corfu island. It is known for its traditional Greek charm, offering visitors a peaceful , rural atmosphere and stunning views 17 km from Corfu International Airport and the city center. The village is close to lively coastal areas: Ipsos (2.3 km away), known for its nightlife, restaurants, and bars, and Barbati (5 km away), famous for its crystal-clear waters and relaxing beach vibe. The accommodation features two independent cottages, each with its own terrace, perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. • Front Cottage (95 sq m): Spread over two levels, this spacious cottage offers an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area on the ground floor, complete with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, and a comfortable sofa bed. Upstairs you’ll find a large dayroom with a double bed and a desk – a perfect space for relaxation or a bit of work, and a bathroom. • Back Cottage (60 sq m): This compact cottage has a bright all open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a living room. Upstairs there’s a balcony with a double bed bedroom plus a small WC. The main bathroom is conveniently located outside, right next to the entrance. Open plan back cottage also has a double sofa bed Both cottages are equipped with outdoor dining areas, flat-screen TVs, WiFi, and all the essentials like towels and linen. Whether you’re looking for a romantic retreat or a getaway with friends, the property hosts up to 6 guests. Good to Know: The property is set on a hillside, there are some steps to climb – it’s part of the charm. However, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or a family with small children. There are trails right above the cottages, ideal for hiking. Parking is available on the main road at the bottom of the stairs. Self check-in with lockboxes at each entrance. Guest access We highly recommend that guests rent a car in advance before arriving at the village, as there is no public transport available. Other things to note IMPORTANT: There is an obligatory environmental tax fee on our 135 square meter property, which is 15 EUR per day, and it is charged straight to the Greek Government Authorities. It is seen as extra TAX FEE in final pricing list The tap water is not drinkable, so we recommend using bottled water.
