A $75 fee applies per stay for each dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Dogs must be attended to at all times. If you are approved to bring your pet, payment will be due via the app at check-in.*** We receive notifications from exterior cameras 24/7. We have a zero policy for any unauthorized parties or events of any kind and illegal behavior. The cameras are located on the corners of the house. They record the full exterior of the house- front, back, sides, parking area, and beyond. We have access to recorded footage at all times. Guest access Guests will use smart locks to access the house. Washer and dryer are also available for guests. Other things to note We have a strict policy of NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS. Anyone who breaks this rule will be asked to leave by the police and you will not receive a refund. A maximum of 10 people are allowed on the property.
