The facility has a chic and calm atmosphere, and the 2nd floor, 88 ㎡, can be rented for up to 8 people. Relax in a living room with a large TV, 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, a full bathroom, and a balcony, perfect for traveling with friends and family. Only one set of amenities will be provided per person. Please be sure to read through our house rules before you book, and make sure you understand and agree to them. Q: Can I extend my stay? A: Yes, it can be extended if there is availability. Submit a change request in Trips. Please understand that we will not be able to extend your stay if you have other reservations. Q: Can we have BBQs, fireworks, etc.? A: We prohibit activities that cause inconvenience to neighbors, such as BBQ and fireworks. Please understand that it is a quiet residential neighborhood. Q: It says no smoking inside the facility, but is it possible to smoke outside? A: Yes, you can. Please smoke quietly on the wooden deck or in front of the entrance. Please be careful not to let smoke enter the facility. Please use the ashtray at the entrance. Please do not smoke near the gas pipes or on the side of the house next door. There is a risk of fire. Q: Is it okay if friends who are not staying come? A: Yes, please let us know in advance. Visits from friends are welcome until 9 pm, but please refrain from visiting after that.
