The bathroom is shared, shower with hot water, dining room for 6 people, TV room, a study with computer, a living room, a rest or reading room, laundry area, garden area, kitchen with normal utensils (fridge, gas stove, blender, coffee maker, etc.). We can accommodate one guest, couples, or a group of up to five people. The space We are very well located, the house is close to these tourist attractions. We are close to the entertainment complex made up of the botanical garden, Explora Park, Aventura Mall, Parque Norte, the planetarium and Parque de los Deseos, Bosque Plaza Mall. We are a 15-minute walk from downtown. The hospital and University of Antioquia are all within walking distance. Guest access The house is large, the rooms are shared, and it is a quiet place. For the use of the washing machine, an additional fee of COP 50,000 will be charged for each use of the washing machine. We offer an additional restaurant service for breakfast ($15,000 each), lunch, and dinner ($25,000 each). The kitchen is for preparing light meals and is shared with us. No keys to the home are provided to the guest, but there is always a person at the property for their arrival and to attend to their needs.
