Close to everything great to see and do in beautiful Ballarat. A renovated two story townhouse with 2 upstairs king bedrooms and bathroom. Downstairs a dedicated sitting room and office space for working from home and fully equipped kitchen and relaxing lounge. The house has an amazing saturated colour palette designed for you to relax, paired with an eclectic mix of furniture to make you feel comfortable and right at home. A supermarket, bakery, café and pharmacy are a 1-2 minute walk from the front door with the Wilsons green grocer and delicatessen at the end of the street who have an amazing range of fresh produce, meats, cheeses and sweets. A short 10 minute stroll will take you to Ballarat's best cafés, dining, bars, shopping and entertainment including the historical street scape, the Art Deco Regent Multiplex Cinema and the Ballarat Art Gallery. A Nespresso machine and plenty of coffee Pods are provided. There's also T2 Melbourne Breakfast tea with local drinking chocolate, coffee crystals, real milk, salt, pepper and Goldi olive oil. All the things we love to have at an Airbnb. The lounge room has a cozy velvet sofa with Waverly Mills Australian made wool blanket for those cold nights to cuddle up and read a book, watch TV or play some cards. The sitting room has an area to kick back and sip a coffee and have a conversation or listen to some music on the CD player. A desk, chair and fibre to the premises internet is also available for those who might need to do some work on the computer or have an extended working from home stay. The house has gas heating on both levels with additional split systems for cooling in the bedrooms for those hot summer days to keep you comfortable. Each bedroom has a plush king size bed set on a Japanese style low base with luxurious Sheet Society, Society of Wanderers and Sage and Clare bedding, fluffy pillows and a wool super king doona for an amazing relaxing sleep. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower with luxurious Hommey bath sheets and Australian made Leif body cleanser, shampoo and conditioner to pamper yourself! The laundry is fully equipped with a front loader washing machine with washing powder and fabric softener and a heat pump dryer. An iron and ironing board are also provided. The courtyard is a sun trap during the day and a great place to sit at the table and have a beer or cocktail in the evening.
