The space Private 3rd floor suite with private 3rd floor bath. Two bedrooms inclusive - each having a Full Bed. Full Bath is down the hall and in between both bedrooms (extra day bed in bedroom #1). Both bedrooms 1 & 2 are both all yours for your private stay. You will have the entire 3rd floor guest suite all to yourself inclusive regardless of how many rooms are used. There is one full bath and a coffee station in between. (Note *****Due to new policies & regulations we can no longer offer any discounts). For booking with your family and other in-party members, there is a 3 person guest maximum on the 3rd floor guest suite - Upon special request and without other guests being booked in the second floor guest suite below, larger group accommodations can be made upon special request. The property is within a walkable neighborhood and is a short walk to Merion Golf, Merion Cricket, Haverford College, local restaurants, Suburban Square shopping and the Ardmore Music Hall for local weekend shopping and entertainment. There is a private refrigerator and coffee station central to both bedrooms located in the center hall of the third floor guest suite for your morning coffee enjoyment and groceries. The local Acme is a 3 minute drive or 14 minute walk for groceries and accessories. Sorry but pets are not allowed on the property. Enjoy the patio courtyard to yourselves and/or with other guests when the weather permits. The local farmers market and the Bryn Mawr theatre is always a good choice located just a short walk away in Bryn Mawr (about a 20 minutes ). Guest access Host will provide check in details the day of arrival or upon earlier request. Guests may have use of the Living room areas and use of the Courtyard. Other things to note (Note *on some occasions there may be other guests booked on either of the second floor suites just below. The second floor suites have each of their own private entrance at the top of the main staircase and down the hall and each has its own private bath. All guests are separated from one another, each being on their own floor or within their own private suite). The third floor suite is separated entirely from all other guests by being on it's own private third floor having its own private door for privacy and its own private full bath in between each of the third floor bedrooms.
