The space Private 3rd floor suite with private 3rd floor bath. Two bedrooms inclusive - each having a Full Bed. Full Bath is down the hall and in between both bedrooms (extra day bed in bedroom #1). Both individual bedrooms # 1 & # 2 are both all yours for your private stay. You will have the entire 3rd floor guest suite all to yourself inclusive regardless of how many rooms are used. There is one common full bath and a coffee station in between each of the individual sleeping facilities (bedroom #1 and bedroom #2). (Note *****Due to new policies & regulations we can no longer offer any discounts). Access to your suite is from the exterior. It is from the main private access from the exterior only. Upon entrance into the private driveway, you will then be able to access into your private suite upon entering the private entrance from the exterior. There is no public access for any other non-guests from the exterior. The property is within a walkable neighborhood and is a short walk to Merion Golf, Merion Cricket, Haverford College, local restaurants, Suburban Square shopping and the Ardmore Music Hall for local weekend shopping and entertainment. There is a private refrigerator and coffee station central to both bedrooms located in the center hall of the third floor guest suite for your morning coffee enjoyment. Sorry but pets are not allowed on the property. Enjoy the patio courtyard to yourselves and/or with other guests when the weather permits. The local farmers market and the Bryn Mawr theatre is always a good choice located just a short walk away in Bryn Mawr (about a 20 minutes ). Guest access Host will provide check in details the day of arrival or upon earlier request. Access is from the exterior and access is Private and for Registered and booked guests only who are permitted entry. There is no public access to anyone other than registered invited guests of the hosts. Only registered and booked guests are given instruction for guest permitted access for entry onto the property or on into their suite. Access to your suite is accessible via through the main front door entrance only which is a private entrance and is an entrance not accessible to the public. Thus, there is an exterior entrance which is available only to registered and booked invited guests. Your private access begins by entrance into the main private driveway. You will then be able to access your own private suite upon entering into the private entrance accessible from the exterior. Then, upon entering you will continue on into a private hallway connecting to your private Suite. There is no public access for anyone onto or into the property other than reviewed, registered and booked guests. Private access is from the exteriors main front door only. Only registered and host accepted booked guests can enter in and gain access onto the property or into the home. Thus, your private accesses and your private entrance is available only for those guests who are booked, listed and registered and accepted by the host. Your Private access into your individual suite is therefore accessible via the exterior of the building and accessible then via through the private main entrance and via then to your private hallway to your booked guest suite. There is no public access for anyone onto or into the property other than reviewed, registered and booked guests. Private access is from the exteriors main front door only. Only reviewed, registered and host accepted booked, registered and accepted guests can enter onto the property or allowed to gain access into the property. Thus, your private accesses and your private entrance is available only for you, being a guest who has been reviewed, booked, accepted and listed as registered private guests of the hosts. Other things to note (Note *on some occasions there may be other guests booked on either of the second floor suites just below. The second floor suites have each of their own private entrance at the top of the main staircase and down the hall and each has its own private bath. All guests are separated from one another, each being on their own floor or within their own private suite). The third floor suite is separated entirely from all other guests by being on it's own private third floor having its own private door for privacy and its own private full bath in between each of the third floor bedrooms. Both bedrooms in the third floor suite are inclusive of the price for the booking of the entire 3rd floor guest suite. **Sorry but pets are not allowed. ***No Party's allowed - No Smoking allowed- No vaping allowed - No drugs allowed (ie, No smoking of cigarettes or marijuana) -No loud music allowed and No loud sounds of any sort allowed - No loud indoor activity of any kind allowed on premises - No Commercial photography or filming allowed on premises - 3 guest maximum on third floor guest suite - No use of main kitchen allowed - In particular, please respect night time quiet hours: (9:00 p.m - 8:00 a.m).
