Little Boulder View is a newly built custom 1,200 sq. ft modern cabin in a quiet lake community, offering a relaxing retreat for couples and small families. Each space has been thoughtfully designed, featuring numerous custom built furniture pieces throughout. The cabin is located minutes away from historic Jim Thorpe, Big Boulder/Jack Frost Ski resort, golf courses, hiking, skirmish, whitewater rafting and more! The space Nestled on a corner lot in a peaceful community, this charming cabin welcomes you with a winding driveway and picturesque views of beautiful boulders. Step onto the spacious front porch, the perfect spot to store your skis and snowboards before heading inside. Through the front door, you'll find a well-appointed mudroom designed to keep your gear organized and ready for adventure. The main floor offers convenience and comfort, featuring two cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom—all on one level for easy, step-free access. Upstairs, the loft serves as a private retreat with a queen bed, an air mattress for extra guests, a game area, and access to a secluded coffee deck where you can relax and take in the surroundings. The loft also includes a washer/dryer combo unit for your convenience. The screened-in porch spans the entire length of the home, providing a serene space to unwind. It features a dining area, a daybed (perfect for napping or extra sleeping space), and a Solo gel fuel fireplace to set the mood. There is also a pull down screen and projector to watch your favorite shows or movies! Outdoors, you can cozy up around one of two fire pits while soaking in the crisp, fresh mountain air. We even provide firewood for your convenience! We’ve also recently added some exciting new amenities for you to enjoy including a Weber propane grill, Gozney pizza oven (seasonally), outdoor games, a picnic table, and a comfortable conversation set with fire pit. Our most recent addition is a fully custom built outdoor sauna!
