The space 🏡 Sleeping Accommodations • Master Bedroom (Main Floor- window AC) Features a comfortable queen bed, private balcony overlooking the forest, and an ensuite full bathroom. • Second Bedroom (Upper Floor- window AC) Cozy queen bedroom with easy access to a full bathroom on the same level. • Loft (Upper Floor- window AC) Open loft sleeping space with 2 queen beds. Perfect for kids, teens, cousins, or close friends sharing the adventure. Please note, this is an open space that overlooks the living room. • Lower-Level Bedroom Private ground-floor bedroom with a queen bed and nearby half bath. Guest access You will be given a custom code for the smart lock. Other things to note • Guests must be 25 years or older to make a reservation. • Dogs are very welcome! We know pets are part of the family and many guests love bringing them along for the adventure. There is a pet fee of $100 for up to 2 dogs and $50 for each additional dog to help cover the extra cleaning and maintenance involved. Unfortunately, we’re unable to allow cats due to allergies. • The nightly rate includes up to 6 guests. For groups over 6, there is an additional guest fee of $50 per person, per night. Please make sure your guest count is entered correctly when booking so pricing is accurate. ONLY registered guests should be at the property. • For guest safety and property security, there is one outdoor camera facing the driveway and entryway. There are absolutely no cameras inside the cabin or in private outdoor areas. • If visiting during winter (November–March), please be prepared for mountain weather conditions. Snow and ice can arrive unexpectedly in the Poconos, so we strongly recommend warm clothing, proper footwear, and a vehicle equipped for winter driving such as AWD/4WD or snow tires. We want everyone to have a safe, relaxing, and memorable stay in the mountains, and we’re always happy to answer any questions before your trip.
