With thoughtful touches throughout, this home offers plenty of space for groups and families to spread out and enjoy. Upstairs features an open-concept living area with large windows, a plush sectional, a cozy propane fireplace and a 75 inch smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen opens to a spacious dining area and leads out to a furnished deck with a grill and lounge seating. Two king bedrooms and a full bathroom are also on this floor. Downstairs is where the fun happens. A game room with shuffleboard, foosball, arcade machines and another lounge area with a 65 inch TV and fireplace make it a favorite for guests. This level also includes two more bedrooms and a second full bath. Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1: King bed, TV Bedroom 2: King bed, TV Bedroom 3: King bed, TV Bedroom 4: Queen bed, Twin bed, Bunk bed Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, including both floors, the game room, two large decks, and the fully equipped kitchen. Two small owner’s closets are locked for storage. Guests also have access to all Towamensing Trails community amenities, including the lake, beach, pool (seasonal), playground, tennis courts, and clubhouse. Other things to note Guest registration is required by the community for access to amenities, the fee for registration is $35 and is required to be able to stay at the property. Please provide your information at least 3 days before check-in to avoid a $50 late registration fee. The community allows a maximum of 8 amenity wristbands and registered vehicle tags per stay. Trash must be dropped off at the community dumpster site, located just 4 minutes from the home. There’s no curbside pickup. The community pool is open only from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pets are welcome (dogs only, up to 3). A $150 fee applies per dog, and pets must stay off furniture and beds. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Let us know in advance to arrange. Please note: The base price includes 2 guests. Additional guests are $20 per person, per night.
