Arcadia: rustic contentment, peaceful simplicity and harmony with nature. Welcome to our family vacation home! This centrally located home is close to all that Florence has to offer. Whether you are fishing or boating on one of 17 area lakes, searching for sand dollars on gorgeous Heceta Beach, braving the brisk Pacific waves, shopping & eating in Old Town, hitting the Links courses, finding a hiking adventure, or just relaxing in the backyard, we hope you enjoy your time in our home. The space Centrally located just 2.5 miles south of Heceta Beach and just over 2 miles north of Old Town, the house has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1400 sqft of space with a washer and dryer and a well-stocked kitchen. The living room has a large smart TV and DVD player with a small DVD library. The master bedroom and second bedroom both have queen beds. There are many games for all ages and in the master closet is a pack-n-play and 2 different styles of booster seats for little ones. There is also a dedicated work space in the master bedroom with a small desk and rolling chair as well as fast Wifi through Spectrum. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the dishes, cookware and utensils you should need to prepare any meal. There is a nice-sized backyard with a covered deck and fire pit. There is a storage box on the deck containing beach chairs, a beach tote, sand toys and a cornhole set. Beach towels and blankets for use on the deck/fire pit are also available. The entire property is fully-fenced and secure. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and yard excluding the garage, which is used for owner storage and housekeeping supplies. The driveway can easily fit two cars and guests may use it for parking. Other things to note *This is a non-smoking property and no pets of any kind are allowed. The maximum occupancy of the home is 4 guests and only registered guests are allowed in the home. Parking for no more than one smaller trailer is allowed.
