The space Caribbean Courtyard Villa is a contemporary private villa surrounded by Caribbean jungle, just 900 meters from Playa Chiquita beach and minutes from Puerto Viejo. Designed with flexibility in mind, the villa adapts to each reservation by opening the appropriate number of bedrooms based on the group size. The number of bedrooms enabled depends on the confirmed number of guests (minimum 4 – maximum 10): • 2 bedrooms for 1–4 guests (available only on specific dates) • 3 bedrooms for up to 6 guests • 4 bedrooms for 7–8 guests • 5 bedrooms for 9–10 guests Each bedroom features air conditioning, ceiling fans, a private bathroom, private terrace, and large windows that connect with the surrounding nature. The semi-open bathroom design offers a unique tropical experience. The social areas include a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining table for 10, and a lounge with projector, Apple TV, and Chromecast. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to the saltwater pool, yoga deck, and tropical gardens with fruit trees. Fully equipped for mindful stays, the villa provides yoga mats, blocks, and straps for personal practice or group sessions surrounded by jungle. Ideal for families, small retreats, and guests seeking a peaceful Caribbean experience immersed in nature. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire villa, ensuring complete privacy during their stay. This includes a private terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, an advanced saltwater pool, a yoga deck, and the convenience of a washer and dryer. All amenities are available for personal use and enjoyment. The villas are distributed as follows: 2 bedrooms for 1-4 guests. (Available only on specific dates.) 3 bedrooms for 6 guests. 4 bedrooms for 7 to 8 guests. 5 bedrooms for 9 to 10 guests. No spaces are shared with other guests. Other things to note Caribbean Courtyard Villa is immersed in a lush tropical setting where nature is part of the experience. Surrounded by jungle and fruit trees, guests can enjoy the sounds of birds and the peaceful atmosphere that makes Playa Chiquita so special. This home is thoughtfully designed for families, small retreats, and guests seeking a calm and mindful environment. Parties and events are not permitted. The pool is private and not fenced individually. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of energy use and respect quiet hours to preserve the tranquil atmosphere. For stays of one week or longer, enjoy a complimentary mid-week service. Our housekeeping team will carefully refresh the villa, change linens and towels, and maintain the space to the highest standards of comfort and care. Nearby Construction Notice Please note that construction began on a neighboring property in September 2026. As the work progresses, guests may experience construction-related noise during daytime working hours. The construction is outside of our property and beyond our control, but we want to make our guests aware of it in advance. The villa remains completely private and all amenities, including the pool, gardens, and outdoor areas, remain fully available for your enjoyment.
