Other things to note The property is on a bluff about 70 feet above Lake Coeur d'Alene, just across the highway, with views looking out onto Carlin Bay and the lake. Lake access is provided by the public beach park and boat launch located just south of the property, about a 3-minute drive. There is free public parking across Highway 97 from the beach park and boat launch. There is a marina next to the boat launch that has boat slips available for our guests to rent for the duration of your stay.
