Maison Gilberte is located in the heart of the medieval village of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. It consists of a main house on 2 floors, with a terrace, and an independent studio, which can accommodate a total of 2 to 6 people. Renovated in 2024, it allows you to discover the village, the legendary vineyards of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape AOC, and the numerous activities in the surrounding area between Orange and Avignon, along the Rhône River. The space Discover our charming 100 m2 house, fully renovated in 2024 and designed as a true Provencal family home. Over three levels and two floors, it offers a cozy living space, complete with an outdoor terrace and a private garage. On the ground floor, entry through the garage leads you to a fully equipped laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. A patio and walkway provide access to all levels, including the terrace. The first floor, accessible from the garage, houses the living areas and a master suite. The modern kitchen opens into the dining area, providing an ideal space for family meals or gatherings with friends. A large separate living room, furnished with a reading corner and a workspace for telecommuters, ensures your comfort. These spaces are air-conditioned. The master suite, with its private shower and toilet, offers complete privacy and benefits from access to a small terrace via the walkway. A family bathroom with a bathtub, single sink, and toilet completes this level. On the second floor, a bright, air-conditioned bedroom welcomes you for peaceful nights. It is air-conditioned. From there, you can access the spacious outdoor terrace, equipped with garden furniture, a summer kitchen with a griddle, and a large table for convivial evenings. The 30m2 studio, with its independent entrance on the street but connected to the house via the ground floor staircase, is designed as a loft. It includes an open and equipped kitchen, a living area, a double bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. Air-conditioned and benefiting from a large opening onto the street with double glazing, it offers an additional comfortable and private space. Please note that the studio is included only for reservations of 6 people. The studio is never booked to other guests alongside the house for added tranquility.
