Maison Gilberte is located in the heart of the medieval village of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. It consists of a main house on 2 floors, with a terrace, and an independent studio, which can accommodate 2 to 6 people in total. Renovated in 2024, it allows you to discover the village, the mythical vineyard of the AOC Châteauneuf-du-pape and the many activities in the surroundings between Orange and Avignon, on the banks of the Rhône. The house is classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The space Discover our charming 100 m2 house, completely renovated in 2024 and designed as a true Provençal family home. On three levels and two floors, it offers a warm living space, with an outdoor terrace and a private garage. On the ground floor, the entrance through the garage leads you to a fully equipped laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and dryer. A patio and a corridor provide access to all floors, up to the terrace. The first floor, accessible from the garage, houses the living rooms as well as a master suite. The modern kitchen opens onto the dining room, offering an ideal space for meals with family or friends. A large separate living room, complete with a reading area and a desk for teleworkers, ensures your comfort. These spaces are air-conditioned. The master suite, with its shower room and private toilet, offers total privacy and has access to a small terrace via the corridor. A family bathroom with bathtub, single sink and toilet completes this level. On the second floor, a bright and air-conditioned bedroom welcomes you for peaceful nights. It is air-conditioned. From there, you can access the spacious outdoor terrace, equipped with garden furniture, a summer kitchen with plancha and a large table for friendly evenings. The studio, with an area of 30 m2, has an independent entrance on the street, but remains connected to the house via the staircase on the ground floor. Designed as a loft, it includes an open and equipped kitchen, a living room, a double bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Air-conditioned and benefiting from a large opening onto the street with double glazing, it offers a comfortable and private additional space.
