The space The "Il Grattacielo" penthouse was born from my experience in the tourism sector, which prompted me to look for an elegant and quiet, but also familiar space for my Visitors: the perfect combination for a relaxing stay surrounded by taste and design. THE ENVIRONMENT IN GENERAL - the refined modern style and technology blend perfectly in this 110-square-meter space finely covered with parquet flooring. The hot and cold air conditioning incorporated in the ceiling will be efficient and always discreet. Every comfort in this home has been chosen to allow you to enjoy maximum relaxation in every corner. THE LIVING AREA - Bright and welcoming, it will allow you to enjoy the splendid panoramic view on two sides, which can also be enjoyed from a splendid outdoor terrace. The "Veneta Cucine" kitchen and the two "Frau" sofas will delight your afternoons while you read a book or watch television - which can be directed both towards the dining table and towards the relaxation area. The warm adjustable lights and the hot and cold ducted air conditioning will gently accompany your special moments from morning to evening. THE BUSINESS AREA - next to the beautiful setting overlooking the largest square in the city, the work/study area will accompany you in your work calls, your study research and your business meetings. The comfortable "Frau" armchair will never tire of reminding you how important it is to be comfortable in order to be focused. SLEEPING AREA - separated from the living area by a nice and quiet sliding door, it will allow you to spend your evening in the master bedroom and in the main bathroom in complete privacy while your children or guests are still awake. The MASTER BEDROOM - tastefully and classily furnished, it will pamper you in a sweet sleep with its "Frau" double bed and its blackout curtains. The spacious closets will allow you to store all your travel items inside to feel at home, but not before enjoying a warm shower overlooking the bedroom. THE MASTER BATHROOM - located next to the Master Bedroom, it is warm, bright and welcoming. Separated by a sliding door, inside you will find an elegant glass sink and a bidet and a high-quality suspended toilet. To complete the environment, the beautiful glass shower. GUEST SLEEPING AREA - entering through the main entrance door, on the right of the corridor furnished with paintings and unique pieces, we find the bedroom for two guests and, immediately after on the same side, the service bathroom. GUEST BEDROOM - accessing from the sliding door you will find yourself in the comfortable and bright service room for your children or a couple of friends. Served by a single bed, convertible into a double bed, spacious wall cabinets and a panoramic terrace. The blackout curtains and warm lights will pamper you in every moment of sweet rest. THE GUEST BATHROOM - equipped and minimal, it consists of a strictly "Philippe Stark" silver sink, a very elegant "Geberit" toilet/bidet (instructions for use will be present in the pdf guide) and, to complete, the transparent glass shower on two sides. Guest access The house is located in one of the main streets of Pinerolo, in the most strategically convenient position for arrival by train, by car, by bus or by taxi. From the central station: 5-minute walk From the nearest bus stop: 3-minute walk From the nearest free parking: 4-minute walk From the nearest paid parking lot: 1 to 3 minutes on foot (paid parking spaces are also available in front of the house). The apartment will be accessible from 3:30 p.m. on the day of the reservation through the "manual key delivery" procedure and with personal recognition of the guests. By accessing the main entrance door of the Grattacielo building, you can reach the 15th floor via the elevator -comfortable for 4 people- or via the internal service stairs. Other things to note The staff will be ready to answer as soon as possible (usually in less than an hour) to any of your questions or courtesies. For guests arriving before the check-in time on site, our staff will be happy to suggest attractions or places to visit while waiting. Check-in is from 3:30 p.m. on the afternoon of the day of booking and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. on the morning of the day of departure.
