This charming room is the smallest of three in a modern first-floor apartment, perfectly located just shy of Central Brixton. It’s right next to the award-winning music venue Hootananny and the scenic Brockwell Park. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk to Brixton’s vibrant heart, filled with shops, eateries, and culture, with excellent underground links that can take you to Central London in only 15 minutes, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and city exploration. The space A private single room in the shared single level apartment on the first floor. This single size bedroom suitable for 1 person, it has a small 4ft UK size bed (120cm x190cm) with towels and bed linen are included. The apartment has 3 rooms in total and shared with other Airbnb guests. Each bedroom has a lock which locks from the inside and outside. Guest access There is 1 full shared bathroom There is a shared fully fitted kitchen with a cooker, oven, fridge and kitchen essentials - good enough to prepare meals. All confirmed bookings will have access to view check in details via the Airbnb app 48 hours before check in. We operate on a Self Check-in process. Check-in is anytime after 3pm (no earlier) and full details will be delivered via Airbnb messenger before noon local time on the day of your arrival. We operate on a self-check-in system for added convenience. Full check-in details, including access instructions, will be provided before noon on the day of your arrival. This ensures a smooth and hassle-free start to your stay, allowing you to arrive at your own pace. During your stay I am available via Airbnb Messenger and will respond to any queries between the hours of 8am till 9pm 7 days a week. We have a dedicated maintenance team who are available Monday to Friday from 10am till 4pm. If you have any issues outside these hours, please refer to Airbnb support for assistance. The apartment is located on the first floor so you will need to climb stairs (there is no elevator/lift). I need to stress, this is a workout especially if you have heavy luggage. The apartment is also at close proximity to Brockwell Park where several festivals and events are often held so you maybe subject to noise. The property is facing a main busy road so there will be traffic noise. We do not provide Travel adaptors- please organise this before arrival. We do not provide a luggage drop off storage service. Upon check in, you will be provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper- after that you will need to provide your own. The WiFi is a home broadband connection and is shared with other guests, so the signal may occasionally drop in and out. While I do my best to ensure a stable connection, I can't guarantee perfect signal 100% of the time. This is a Black owned Airbnb.
