What if for your next stopover in Mulhouse/Pfastatt you came to l'Essentiel? For a weekend, vacation or business trip, here you will find everything you need for a very nice stay! Ideally located on the edge of Mulhouse, in a small peaceful and residential street, we have transformed the floor of our outbuilding into a nice loft and have put all the necessary and quality amenities to welcome you. The space The accommodation consists of a beautiful living room with exposed beams, including the kitchen, dining area and living room. Above the living room, a small mezzanine with a canopy and a double bed. A beautiful attic bathroom with a 120 cm walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet complete this apartment. Guest access Our land is 700 m2, composed of a paved courtyard, a beautiful 8 m x 3.80 m swimming pool with wooden decking, and a lawn. It is fully fenced, closed by an electric gate. You can access everywhere and taste cherries, figs, tomatoes depending on the season... Other things to note The accommodation is non-smoking, but you are welcome to smoke outside. In order to respect the calm of the place, parties are not allowed and people outside the rental are not allowed. Note that if 2 people are traveling together but do not share the same bed, a 15 euro fee for the stay will be required upon arrival. To serve you, we can pick you up or take you to Mulhouse train station for 15 euros, to the airport for 50 euros. In fine weather, we can also offer you to discover the region in a Goldwing 1500 sidecar! Ask us for details upon arrival. You see, the Essential is really at Jean and Estelle's! :-)
