Rates per vehicle: • $20/day for the first 3 days (max $60 per stay). • Free from Day 4-7. • $5/day from Day 8 onward. • Winter Rate Cap (Nov–Mar): Max $60 per stay. THINGS TO KNOW • Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.” • Please note we don't provide beach towels • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old • Please note that the north side pool and hot tub will be temporarily closed due to the scheduled post-tension repair project. The work is expected to take approximately two weeks, weather permitting. During this period, balcony access will be restricted between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM for units in the 07 stack (Units 1207-207) and the 06 stack (Units 1206-206) due to potential falling debris and concrete chipping. Indoor and south side pools will remain open, and all floors and units will remain accessible. The schedule is subject to change, and weekend work may be required.
