The space The apartment is 50 sq.m. and consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, a dining room for four people, a living room with a three-seater sofa that converts into a double bed, a 55-inch smart TV, a guest toilet and a bedroom with a private bathroom. In 10 - 15 minutes on foot you are in Kolonaki Square, also in Voukourestiou Street with luxury boutiques and the well-known Attica department store, Syntagma Square and Ermou Street. Around Mavili Square is the American Embassy, the Concert Hall, the Metro line Megaro Mousikis as well as all public transportation. In 3 minutes on foot you can enjoy one of the most beloved Bar Restaurants of the Athenians, Balthazar. In Mavili Square there are restaurants, bars, grocery stores, shops, restaurants with traditional Greek cuisine, Italian cuisine, European cuisine, souvlaki, creperie, pastry shops and ice cream.
