Relax with family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. Located on a quiet street just north of Pittsburgh, but with easy access to all the city has to offer. Just 15 minutes to downtown Pittsburgh and 7 minutes to Ross Townships dining, entertainment and shopping. The space On the ground floor you will find the living room, office/workspace, dining room, kitchen, full bathroom and one queen bedroom. The second floor has one queen bedroom and one twin room. The basement is mostly unfinished, but houses the washing machine and dryer and a half bathroom along with access to the garage. Please note that steps down to the basement are steep. With the exception of the trash bins - the garage is reserved for owner use only. There is a backyard patio, that can be accessed through the basement or from outside by walking around the house. Parking is on the street directly in front of the house with space for a maximum of 2 vehicles. Guest access Access to the property is with a smart lock and the door code which will be shared shortly before check-in. Other things to note Parking is free on street parking directly in-front of the house with space for 2 vehicles only. No parking in the garage or driveway.
