This lovely studio apartment is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. It features a cozy king-sized bed and a comfortable sofa for relaxation, along with a Smart TV for your entertainment. The kitchenette is equipped with essentials such as a mini fridge and microwave, and the kitchen island with seating for two, doubles as a great dining area or workspace—though we recommend unplugging while on vacation! The spacious bathroom includes a standup shower, and the private outdoor deck boasts lounge chairs, outdoor seating, a BBQ and a hammock, ideal for snoozing or soaking in the tropical vibes. This property is perfect for a couple or a small family of 3 if including children under the age of 12. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the studio apartment and private outdoor deck. The main house and pool deck area do not form a part of this rental. Other things to note If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$250 will be collected by the property prior to your stay. This is a studio apartment attached to a main house with it's own private entrance. The main house is rented separately so please expect to see other guests on the property from time to time. We reserve the right to substitute equal or better accommodation in the event of a double booking or if the rental is unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to sale or repair.
