UNC Chapel Hill in-law suite, walkable to campus!

Wonderful in-law unit in house right next to campus, 10 minute walk from Memorial stadium and in sight of the Dean Dome. Sleeps up to six on a roll out Queen bed, 3 built in bunk beds, and a comfy sofa. Separate entrance, large smart TV, internet, plenty of free parking, treadmill, mini fridge, coffee/tea maker, and private bathroom with laundry access. Quiet neighborhood and friendly family in attached house. Sorry, but no pets. Perfect for family or friends coming into to town for a UNC event. The space Spacious and new, with unique built in bed space as well as plenty of seating for both eating and entertainment. Other things to note We have recently added extra noise isolation to ensure a fully quiet stay for guests.
