Guest access Confirmed guests will have access to the building’s main lobby, with a 24/7 concierge available for assistance and added security. Guests may also enjoy the shared amenities, including the swimming pool and landscaped first-floor walkways—perfect for relaxing during your stay. The entire unit is exclusively yours, offering privacy, comfort, and a cozy home base in the heart of the city. Lockout Policy – Please Read Carefully To ensure a smooth and comfortable stay for all guests, kindly review our key and lockout policy: Key Responsibility Guests are responsible for keeping the unit key secure at all times. Before leaving the unit, please double-check that you have the key with you to avoid inconvenience. Locked Out? If the key is left inside the unit or you are accidentally locked out: • 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM: We will do our best to assist you as soon as possible, subject to staff availability. • 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM: Emergency access may not be available. Guests may need to wait until morning or arrange a local locksmith at their own expense. Please note that locksmith services typically range from ₱500–₱1,500, depending on the situation. Any costs related to lost keys, damages, or forced entry will be the responsibility of the guest. To Help Avoid Lockouts: • Keep the key in a designated place (such as your bag or pocket) • Avoid leaving the key inside the lock or near the entry door • If staying as a group, consider assigning one designated keyholder We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Other things to note Guest Requirements & House Policies • Valid ID Required: Guests must submit a valid ID at least 24 hours before arrival for building requirements and guest records. • Visitors Policy: Unauthorized visitors in the unit without prior approval (except for valid reasons such as senior/child assistance or emergencies) will incur a ₱2,000 fee per person. • Quiet Hours: Visitors staying beyond quiet hours (10:00 PM–6:00 AM) resulting in complaints from neighbors or building management will incur a ₱5,000 fine. • Lost Key/Key Card: Lost room keys or key cards will incur a ₱5,000 replacement fee. Kindly return all keys and access cards to the lobby receptionist upon check-out. • Smoking & Strong Odors: Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. To keep the space fresh and pleasant, please avoid bringing food with strong odors into the unit. Violations may incur a ₱2,000 cleaning fee, plus any additional cleaning costs if applicable. • Linen Stains & Damages: Stains on linens may incur charges ranging from ₱500–₱1,500, depending on severity. Replacement costs may apply for irreparable damage.
