The shared rooftop pool and BBQ area, equipped with sunbeds, chairs, dining tables, and a rooftop shower, provide a perfect retreat with stunning views of Sydney Harbour. Macleay Street's chic village hub is just a stroll away. Inside, the apartment features wooden chevron flooring that complements modern furniture. Electric blinds in the bedrooms and living room offer convenience, and a 75-inch television with a soundbar system enhances the entertainment experience. The cozy bedroom nook, measuring 2 meters by 2.6 meters, accommodates a double bed. High-end linen for both bed and bathroom is provided. The bathroom features a clay open sink with progressive Astra Walker Tapware, underfloor heating, and handmade herringbone floor tiles. The kitchen boasts an ultra rough finish concrete vibe, handmade Italian tiles, and high-end appliances, including a digital oven and microwave. The pantry includes a built pull-out cupboard with a coffee machine, kettle, and toaster, along with inbuilt lights for easy viewing. Additionally, an integrated fridge with a freezer allows for convenient access. The dining area overlooks the harbor, featuring a custom-ordered table for two. Rushcutters Bay Park is within walking distance, and numerous restaurants and cafes surround the area. For your convenience, we provide internet access and all the basic cooking essentials.
