The dining table seats six, plus bar seating for four. ☀ Two Living Rooms: Spread out and relax in two cozy lounge areas—upstairs features a pellet stove and flat-screen TV, while the lower level offers a second TV, game table, and PS4. The primary bedroom also includes a quiet reading nook. ☀ Outdoor Space to Unwind: A private yard with a fire pit, lawn games, and a propane grill with all the tools for easy cookouts. In winter, snow and ice may limit access and these areas may be unavailable for use. We appreciate your understanding as conditions can change quickly. Other things to note Check-In/Check-Out Flexibility: Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, depending on availability. Pet-Friendly Policy: We welcome well-behaved dogs! Please inform us in advance if you’re bringing a pet. We do not charge a pet fee. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Local Recommendations: We can offer suggestions and our favorite local spots, including restaurants, hiking trails, and seasonal activities- just let us know what you enjoy doing. Starter Supplies: We provide basic starter supplies like toiletries, paper products, and coffee. For longer stays, you may need to replenish these items. Firewood Availability: Firewood for the outdoor fire pit is not provided, but can be purchased locally. Seasonal Considerations: Air Conditioning is available for June 1- Labor Day. Snow Removal: During the winter months, we take care of snow removal for the driveway and walkways to ensure easy access to the home.
