Located 5 min from the center of Neuchâtel, with 2 bed 2 bath that comfortably host 5 adults , our Soleil House in Saint Blaise provides everything for a slow living experience, steps away from busy city life. You’ll enjoy waking up by the lake, having a laid back brunch in the sun, relaxing on the balcony with a glass of wine after a day of exploration (or doing nothing). Our home has an indoor area of 86 sqmt, and a spacious 30 sqmt balcony that offers uninterruptive lake view. High speed wifi (a must!), 65" Smart TV with Phillips backlight in the living room (you will love it when you see it), 32" TV on stand in the second bedroom (for those who needs a break for themselves). We have a monitor for long term guests who need to work; just ask and we'll bring it out. There are 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in the apartment. The master bedroom has a 160cm double bed, wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a 160cm (80cmx2) double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe and a 32" TV on stand. One sofa bed (100cm wide) in the living room. Baby cot is available on request, at no additional charge. The family bathroom is next to the second bedroom, equipped with a bathtub. We have a full kitchen with ZUG appliances. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a steamer, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, induction stovetop, a fridge and freezer, and all basic cookwares. There's a washer and a dryer inside the apartment next to the kitchen. We have one dedicated outdoor covered parking spot for your stay. There's ventilation system in the building to keep the apartment fresh and dry. There's a lift in the building. Convenient location to everything. Saint Blaise train station is located behind the building and will take you to Neuchâtel city center in 4 min by train, access to multiple bus lines within 3-5 min walk; Coop supermarket is a 5 min walk away, to the lake is 10-12 min walk. A few lovely restaurants nearby. Big shopping center 5 min by car or 15 min by bus. There's a lot more but you'll see them when you are here. Guest access The whole apartment will be yours, including, especially the beautiful lake view from any room in the apartment. Please use the dedicated parking spot if you have a car, and only use the visitor guest spots temporarily when you load/unload your car.
