Guest access Guests have full access to the estate, including all living spaces, amenities, and outdoor areas designed for relaxation and entertainment. However, for safety and privacy reasons, access is restricted to certain areas: • Locked Supply & Mechanical Rooms – These areas are off-limits to guests. • Cemetery Area – Guests are not permitted in the cemetery located at the front of the property. • Backyard & Surrounding Land – Access is restricted beyond the bird feeders, including the wooded sections and hay fields. • Barn & Surrounding Area – Guests are not allowed near or around the barn area leading up to the property. We kindly ask all guests to respect these boundaries to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay. Other things to note To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, please review the following policies: • House Rules: No smoking, no pets, no parties, and no unregistered guests. • Guest Verification & Rental Agreement: A photo ID, guest registration form, and signed rental agreement are required to confirm your reservation. • Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 25 or older to book. • Security & Monitoring: The home features exterior security cameras at the garage, front door, side door, back of the property, and driveway for security and to ensure compliance with house policies. • Check-In & Walkthrough: Check-in is between 4 PM and 8 PM and includes a personal walkthrough of the estate. • Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Based on availability and confirmed on arrival or departure day. Additional fees apply: -Early Check-In: $100 (up to 2 hours early), $200 (2-4 hours early). -Late Check-Out: $100 (up to 1 hour late), $200 (up to 2 hours late). • For safety and privacy reasons, the land and trails on the property are not accessible to guests. We kindly ask that all guests remain within the designated areas around the home. • The three upstairs bedrooms and the spacious great room off the kitchen are equipped with air conditioning. Other areas of the home are not air-conditioned but remain comfortable with fans and natural airflow.
