It is the perfect destination for your next getaway. Please note that Airbnb guests are not allowed to use the beach that is right across the street because the deeded beach rights are for owners only. But they can access Upper and Lower Suncook lakes at the bridge that is only 7-8 minutes walk from the house. The space The property has 3BRs and 2 full baths. KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, electric stove and oven, microwave, Ninja Coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics pots/pans, cooking utensils, dishware, flatware, beer and wine glasses. Basic spices. LIVING/Dining Room: Sectional couch, coffee table and Smart TV for streaming services, custom stone fireplace wall with propane fireplace, dining table with 6 chairs. BEDROOMS: 3 bedrooms, 4 queen beds - One queen bed in the master bedroom on main level, two queen beds in a large bedroom in the upper level, and one queen bed in newly built room in the lower level. OUTDOOR SPACES: DECK: Located directly off the living room, with outdoor dining set with 6 chairs. Perfect Base for Day Trips Our home is more than a stay, it's central for several for day trips to Ice Castles, Portsmouth, Castle in the Clouds, and several lakes region activities. The property is 1300 +/- sf, 3BR, 2BA with a finished lower level. All mattresses, pillows and duvets have hypoallergenic protectors and all bedding including duvet covers are washed for each stay. In the winter, enjoy ice fishing, ice skating, and snow shoeing right on lake Winnipesaukee only 15 minutes from the house. Gunstock Resort is nearby and has great skiing, sledding, and tubing! OTHER AMENITIES: Free high-speed WIFI, Netflix/linens/bath towels/beach towels included, washer and dryer for laundry, keyless entry, starter sets of paper towels, shampoos, toilet paper and laundry detergent. PARKING: Driveway (Up to 4 vehicles). The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. Other things to note 1. In the event of a closure or warning issued by state or local authorities, due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather-related conditions, we are unable to offer refunds. These warnings include but are not limited to: snowstorms, hurricanes, or summer lake advisories.
