Adorable Carriage House with history & charm

Enjoy the natural beauty surrounding this historic getaway. This unique Carriage house built in early 1900’s, sits on the same property as the Chic Austin Estate. The Estate was built in 1743 & has housed many stars such as Frank Sinatra, Betty Davis & Houdini. The newly renovated carriage house is minutes from Cobbetts Pond, hiking, skiing, Tuscan Village, State parks, biking, Canobie Lake & shopping. Create a romantic getaway with someone special or create memories with your family. The space We just recently renovated this beautiful space & updated all the appliances. History of the property is located though out the Carriage House with offerings of local small businesses to dine, shop & enjoy your unique stay. We offer garden tours & light education in our 2 gardens located right outside your door. Full swing set for children, fully stocked fire pit & up to 3 parking spaces for guests. Indoor & outdoor games are offered as well as a canoe that sits 3. Must be strapped to vehicle with your own equipment & straps: please bring life your own life vests. Canobie lake park is a 5 minute drive from our property that offers beautiful spots to swim, canoe & relax. Please check our local recommendation list for other places to hike, explore & enjoy. First floor: Kitchen offers granite countertops and is kitchenette style (no standard oven, but we offer a countertop one/air fryer), dining area, full size refrigerator, full bathroom & space to play games & enjoy with family or friends. Please keep in mind there is a step down once you enter into our space. Second floor: large loft with 4 beds; 2 queen 2 large fulls, to sleep a maximum of 4 guests. We offer a space to relax, watch TV, cozy up & enjoy. Wifi with work space is offered with a bike ride away from Cobbets Pond that offers a relaxing vacation. House permit is offered for guests to use. Window AC unit is offered for your comfort. Please keep in mind the second floor is stair access only. Pets are allowed & should be registered before arrival for additional fee. If an animal is required because of a disability, please inform us before arrival so we are able to make accommodations for your stay. Both dogs & cats are welcome; we have 2 fur babies of our own. Doggie treats are offered & cat scratchers are available for your pets comfort. Steamer, towels, linens, hangers, hair styling products, coffee/tea, blender, spices, cooking supplies for countertop oven are supplied. On-site beauty & wellness services are offered for your stay. Please inquire for more details. All linens, bedding, bathroom & other areas of our space is cleaned with a non-toxic EPA registered cleaner & disinfectant. Please, no candles our outside fragrances. At this time, there is no laundry hookup available in the Carriage House. Please plan accordingly. Guest access We welcome you to move though our gardens & the entire property. We are adding weekly to our garden beds, fire pit area & offer a spacious place to park & have children play in the swing set. Clearly labeled areas where guests are welcomed is displayed & easy to read. Our main house & areas where our dog roams are kept private. The Carriage House is separate from the main house & is accessed from a side street. When it’s closer to your stay, we will inform you through the messenger how to enter, access & utilize the space. Other things to note We offer a variety of services on location in our center or they can be brought to you in the Carriage House. This includes energy healing, massage therapy, yoga guidance, sound healing, moon meditations, monthly circles & so much more! The Carriage House is cleaned with nontoxic cleaners, free of air fresheners/candles & sheets washed with nontoxic detergents. Living sustainably & nontoxic have become a passion of ours & we are looking forward to having our property become fully self sufficient by the years 2028. Your stay contributes to this dream & vision. At this time, there is no laundry available in the Carriage House. Please plan accordingly. This is a 3 season space & we offer heating & AC units. Please keep in mind the second floor is stair access only. There is a step down once you enter into our space.
