Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun in beautiful southern NH! Enjoy our 1 bedroom unit that is part of a gorgeous 3 family waterfront home. This suite comes complete with a thoughtfully decorated living room with a queen-sized bed pull out couch, large bedroom with king sized bed, and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy free shared lake access! Seasonal dock and kayak usage (mid Apr - late Oct) The space This is a one bedroom basement level unit with walkout french doors to the shared front yard. The kitchen/living room faces the lake, and is a fully furnished and stocked kitchen with quartz countertops, a gas stove, and the basics of cooking supplies you need. Eat at the kitchen table (4 seats and a bench) and relax on the couches, a love seat and a queen pullout couch, enjoy the expansive lawn and serene lake views. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, toilet, and vanity. The bedroom has a king size bed, closet with hangers, ironing board, and iron. Twin or a queen size air mattress can be provided to sleep two extra guests in the living room or large bedroom. Guest access Parking: Park at the top of the driveway on the right at the far end of the wall. Please leave 3 spaces at the front end. To access the unit, open the door by the driveway labeled "2+3" and go down the stairs to unit 2 (enter the code, if needed). Feel free to use the front, basement level, french doors if you'd like too. They are also labeled 2 on the outside. Code will be provided in day of checkin message. Property access: guests may use the area under the deck directly in front of their rented apartment, the front yard, and coordinate with the owners for dock usage. Backyard and boat usage is not permitted. Other things to note This is a beautiful 3 family water front home shared with us and our children. We are excited to host you and can be very flexible in accommodating your stay. If you have a larger group consider renting our smaller one bedroom apartment right next door as well! Our home is set up to enjoy the outdoors. We do have a grill that can be shared, kayaks available with permission, a shared dock and waterfront area with bench seating and outdoor rug. In the fall, walking around the lake is beautiful for enjoying the brilliant foliage. If the lake is frozen in the winter many enjoy ice fishing and skating on the lake.
