A small property of 15 condos, with onsite parking. Pet are welcomed: 2 Pets maximum. $50 per trip This charming upstairs studio offers a comfortable queen size bed, kitchenette, cable HDTV with On Demand and BlueRay player, DVDs and an e-fireplace, too! The space Please note there is a 2 night minimum on certain Federal Holidays, Special Events, and during July and August, unless only 1 night is available. There is a dinning area next to the picture window as well as a kitchenette including a 2 burner stove top, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, toaster, and all kitchen necessities perfect for a dine in experience! There is an infrared fireplace with optional heat to keep warm on those chilly beach nights. In addition we have an HDTV flat screen TV, along with Digital Cable and a DVD player for your viewing enjoyment. Want to stay connected with friends or work- free secure WiFi is available. In the Commons Area there is a large BBQ for you to use. There is also a patio area with tables & chairs to dine outside, along with a covered smoking area onsite. Out front is a beautiful landscaped lawn where you can plop down on your lawn chair and enjoy our spectacular sunsets.
