Come enjoy the amazing lake view while you relax in the hot tub, grill at the outdoor kitchen, visit with your guests, and dine on the huge furnished patio. Kayaks can be available. The space The home is set up for entertaining and fun. Lots of outdoor space and an outdoor kitchen area with gas grill, Blackstone griddle, and old Coke machine for ice and drinks. The kitchen has 2 full size refrigerators to hold your goods. Large indoor and outdoor dining tables accommodate all your guests. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths; the separate guest house has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Bedroom 1 is on the main level with a king bed and adjacent full bath. Upstairs is spacious bedroom 2 with a panoramic view of the lake, a king bed, and a twin trundle day bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. In the guest house bedroom 4 has a queen bed and on the water view of the lake. Bedroom 5 is also on the water and has 2 twin beds and an attached full bath. The hot tub is centrally located, hot and ready for your use. Guest access You come through the gated driveway to ample parking, with additional parking available on the road outside the gate. Private launch ramp for your use. Triple wide dock will facilitate up to 4 boats. There is 1 jet ski ramp. Double wide spacious property provides ample space for your party to spread out and enjoy the surroundings. The large patio is set up to accommodate large gatherings when you all want to be together. Enjoy water sports, fishing, horse shoes, kayaks (by request), and more. We have a large pontoon boat available for rent. Please inquire. The space is very conducive to parties and events.
