The unit comes equipped with modern amenities to make your stay comfortable, including two flat-screen TVs, wireless internet access, and PTAC units for heating and air. Guests also have access to convenient on-site laundry facilities with a washer and dryer. Other things to note Please note that the minimum check-in age is 25. A valid Visa or MasterCard must be placed on file with Elliott Beach Rentals for incidentals. Please note that to confirm your booking, you will need to e-sign our rental agreement. Guests will need to provide the host, Elliott Beach Rentals, with their email address to receive this document. Guests will not be able to check in without signing our rental agreement. Guest will check-in at our rental office to collect key packet, parking passes, and pool bands (if applicable), then head to the rental. Our Check-in hours are a range between 3pm-5:30pm (7pm on summer Saturdays). You will receive a text message notification within that window once your unit has been cleaned and is ready for check-in.
