Exceptions are made only for hurricanes with mandatory evacuations in place. THE HOME California Dreamin' is a single story home with keyless smart lock entry. Your unique door code is delivered 24 hours before check-in — no key exchange, no waiting around. Just arrive and walk in. PARKING Two vehicles fit comfortably at California Dreamin' — one in the driveway and one to the right hand side. Please coordinate with your group as there is not any additional street parking nearby. Atlantic Beach is navigable enough that the golf cart makes a second car largely unnecessary for most stays. THE GOLF CART The golf cart is included in your stay at no extra charge and is one of the best ways to experience Atlantic Beach. A few things to know before you go: drivers must be 25 or older and will need to sign a quick liability waiver before accessing the keys. Only those who sign are permitted to drive. The cart is street legal on roads posted at 35 mph or under — which covers nearly everywhere worth going on the island. LAUNDRY The property has a 2-in-1 washer dryer combo unit on-site. It gets the job done — just plan for longer cycle times than a traditional separate unit. Pack a little lighter and let it work while you're at the beach. PETS Well-behaved pets are welcome at California Dreamin' with a $100 fee per stay. One pet maximum. SECURITY One exterior security cameras are on-site — It monitors the front entry and the golf cart. The interior of the home is completely private. NEIGHBORS California Dreamin' sits on a primarily residential street. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful — one of the things guests love most about it. We ask that all guests respect that atmosphere, particularly in the evenings. TRASH Trash bins are on the side of the house. Pickup runs on Mondays and Fridays — bins should be placed on the opposite side of the street the evening before.
