This beautiful apt. is located inside the walled city in the Getsemani neighborhood. The building is brand new with great views from the rooftop terrace, equipped with a pool and jacuzzi to freshen up from the hot sun. It's in walking distance from the best sights of the city center; restaurants, bars, squares. Perfect for solo travelers, one or two couples or small groups of max. 5 people. The space The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a brand new stylish building in the old city with elevator, it offers a unique experience and a great location inside Getsemani, close to everything, but away from the hustle and bustle. In the main space you have the kitchen and living room area. All of the apt is benefited from two big window doors which makes it very luminous and fresh if you want to leave them open and embrace the caribbean atmosphere. It also has three air conditioners, one in the living room/kitchen area, one in the main bedroom, and one in the second bedroom. The main room has a queen size bed, it has a private bathroom and a window door with access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds with the option to place them together and turn them into a king size bed. In front of the second bedroom there is a complete bathroom. The balcony is very spacious, it has a dining table and a hammock. On the 3d floor you have access to the rooftop terrace with beautiful views and a pool and jacuzzi (ambient temperature). The terrace is shared with the other tenants of the building. Guest access The guests will have access to the entire apartment and the shared terrace. Other things to note Only registered guests are allowed into the building. The nightly rate includes 2 guests. After 2 guests each additional guest has a charge of $20usd per night. If you make a reservation from the start for more that 2 guests this will be automatically included in your bill. Additional guests can be registered upon arrival. The guest has to inform the host at least six hours in advance and send their name and id # during working hours (8am-5pm).
