The brand new kitchen is a real highlight and equipped with high-quality appliances and all the necessary utensils to conjure up your favorite dishes. For additional comfort, spices, oil, coffee and tea are also available free of charge in the kitchen. The spacious open living-dining area invites you to linger. A small dining table offers space for convivial meals, while the comfortable living area in the living room not only invites you to relax, but can also be folded out into a sofa bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) – ideal for additional guests. For entertainment, a smart TV, a selection of games and books are available. For guests who also want to work during their stay, there is a desk with monitor and docking station. The modern bathroom with a rain shower ensures a refreshing start to the day. The apartment offers a large bedroom for 2 people with a large double bed and a smaller one for a single person (single bed 1.00 m x 2.00 m), both with enough storage space for your belongings. A total of up to 5 guests can stay in the apartment. For 5 people, 2 people must sleep on the sofa bed. Please make a request for this. For families with small children, we also offer a baby bed on request. The location in a quiet residential area could not be better: Shopping facilities such as Lidl, Edeka and Aldi are within 10-15 minutes' walking distance. By car, a maximum of 5 minutes. The train station with S-Bahn and regional train as well as banks can be reached in less than 5 minutes. Stuttgart and Karlsruhe can be reached by car or train within 30-40 minutes. Nature lovers will appreciate the direct access to the forest, which is ideal for relaxing walks.
