The brand new kitchen is a true highlight and equipped with high-quality appliances as well as all the necessary utensils to conjure up your favorite dishes. For additional comfort, spices, oil, coffee and tea are also available free of charge in the kitchen. The spacious open living-dining area invites you to linger. A small dining table offers space for social meals, while the comfortable living area in the living room not only invites you to relax, but also fold out to a sofa bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) – ideal for additional guests. A smart TV, a selection of games and books are at your disposal for entertainment. For guests who also want to work during their stay, there is a desk with monitor and docking station. The modern bathroom with rain shower ensures a refreshing start to your day. The apartment offers a large bedroom for 2 people with a large double bed as well as a smaller one for an individual (single bed 1.00 m x 2.00 m), both with enough storage space for your belongings. In total, up to 5 guests can stay at the apartment. For 5 people, 2 people have to stay on the sofa bed. Please request this. For families with small children, we also offer a baby bed on request. The location in a quiet residential area could not be better: Shops such as Lidl, Edeka and Aldi are only 10-15 minutes' walking distance. By car, a maximum of 5 minutes. The train station with S-Bahn and regional train as well as banks can be reached in less than 5 minutes. Stuttgart and Karlsruhe can be reached by car or by train within 30-40 minutes. Nature lovers will appreciate the direct access to the forest, which is ideal for relaxing walks.
