The space LUMA Studio This stylish studio is located in the basement of a quiet house – pleasantly temperate, with good humidity and thoughtful design. Even in midsummer, it stays wonderfully cool here. Sleeping area: A comfortable bed (140 x 200) with high-quality linen made of damask or Mako satin, warm lighting and a quiet atmosphere for resting. Living area: Green velvet seating area with artistic wall design and Sony OLED TV – perfect for relaxing. The couch can be expanded with a simple handle to a full-fledged sleeping area with an integrated mattress. Kitchen & bar: Compact kitchenette with Bosch appliances, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishes and a stylish bar area with two high chairs under the TV – ideal for breakfast, coffee or work. Bathroom: Modern bathroom with elegant shower, Hansgrohe fittings, fresh towels and Geberit DuoFresh toilet. Guest access You will have the entire studio to yourselves. Access is via a private external staircase at the front of the house. All 26 m² are exclusively available to you – compact, lovingly designed and completely geared towards your well-being. Access is very easy: the keys are ready in a key box, the code will be communicated to you before arrival. So you can arrive flexibly and relaxed. Other things to note Parking: A parking space is available free of charge, but only by prior arrangement – as there are several units in the building. Parking is free on the street in the marked areas. There is also a public, free parking lot about 100–150 m away. The studio is located in the basement and is accessible via an outside staircase. The entrance door uses a well-known lock system: to turn the key, the door handle must first be pulled upwards. Don't worry, it's a widely used system that's easy to use. No smoking in the entire interior. No parties or loud gatherings. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am. The kitchen is equipped with a functional hood – we ask that you use it when cooking to avoid unpleasant odors. The lighting in the Studio is dimmable and creates a particularly pleasant atmosphere. Sometimes the lights react with a little delay – don't worry, they are the stars of the studio and like to take their time. If the dimmers get confused: simply hold down the switch longer and everything will reset. The temperature remains pleasant even in summer – with good ventilation and moisture regulation by silicate plates. And very rarely do you hear water in the pipes – but the starry sky can sometimes be seen. For those who like to separate garbage, an organizer with three compartments is available – for organic, residual waste and plastic. If there is only a little garbage, it is also no problem if not everything is sorted. The fittings in the bathroom and kitchen are matte black – beautiful, but also sensitive to water stains. If you like to wipe it with a towel after showering or washing, it helps us a lot to maintain the quality. Thank you!
