Enjoy the outdoors with 2 covered porches, outside seating area, rocking chairs, porch swing, patio set, outdoor charcoal grill, sitting around the fire pit while you gaze at the stars roasting marshmallows while you gaze at the stars offering a perfect spot to relax. There is covered parking available for 2 vehicles plus a large driveway space and an RV hookup. • Guests will have access to the entire property via keyless entry. • High-speed internet and 2 WiFi Smart TVs are available • Desk space is offered for teleworking. • Pack-N-Play and a toddler dinette seat are available upon request. • Handicap accessible: step-free access inside and outside. Master bedroom and bath have handicap amenities. • Pets: Small fur babies welcome (see below). Small fenced-in area assessable for pets. • Other animals can be seen next door (goats, pigs, chickens, turkey, ducks, birds, etc.). • Honey bees and deer: Catch a glimpse of a deer or two in the back field near the bee hives. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house, 2 smart TVs and high-speed internet Other things to note - No smoking in the house - No parties or large gatherings - Must be at least 25 years old to book and a photo ID may be required upon check-in - Exterior security is offered with both outside entrances having a security camera - Use of RV hookup is an additional cost of $35 per day and includes electric and water Pet friendly so welcome fur babies who abide by these rules! - A pet fee of $50 per stay is applicable. - Pets must be well-mannered, house-trained, or left outside in fenced-in area of yard. - Pets should not be left unattended inside the home unless crated.
