Step into Sugar Beach 111, a cozy studio retreat nestled along the shores of Orange Beach and perfectly positioned on the first floor. Inside, you’ll find a king-sized bed with mounted TV and thoughtfully updated kitchen with sleek granite countertops and brand-new cabinetry, adding a modern touch. This charming condo offers a relaxing space to unwind, complete with a private balcony that gives you a serene side view of the Gulf. The space Welcome to Sugar Beach, located directly on the white sands of Orange Beach! This family friendly condo complex offers three outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, tennis court, and covered parking. Additionally, this complex conveniently has the Sugar Shack onsite during the summer months to serve up hamburgers, sandwiches, snacks, and drinks. Please note that these discounted rates reflect ongoing construction at the complex, which may result in intermittent noise during your stay. Guests in these stacks may also experience temporary balcony restrictions while work is in progress. We appreciate your understanding and patience as these improvements are completed to maintain and enhance the property. Guest access Welcome to Sugar Beach! Parking passes MUST be purchased on-site from the guard shack. The pass is $35. You are only allowed ONE parking pass. Parking spots are on a first-come, first-served basis. No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. Please be sure to complete the information on your pass before placement in your vehicle. Keep passes fully visible at all times. Once you arrive, the condo is on the east-side or left-side of the complex, about midway to the beach. Take the elevator, or stairs, to the first floor. Go to #111 and use the code provided to access key. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent at Sugar Beach. Other things to note Chair Rentals Onsite through Ike's Beach Service.
