The guest bedroom with vaulted ceiling offers two plush queen beds, TV, ceiling fans, and seating area. A vanity outside the bathroom suite offers an additional area to get ready. The guest bathroom offers a bath and shower combo and additional vanity. Both bedrooms feature blackout curtains for enhanced privacy and rest. This is a top floor level property up one flight of stairs with a private entrance. Access to the villa is provided via lockbox and key. Guests can enjoy use of the elevator and luggage carts are provided for guest use - making unpacking from the car a breeze! Other things to note Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $50 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Beginning January 1, 2025, pre-order forms will be mandatory for all guests.
