Leeton-on-Sea (Studio 4)

Leeton-on-Sea's Studio 4 is a first-floor, garden-view apartment. It is accessed by means of an external staircase. The property itself is beachfront, with direct access to the beach through a gate. We are located on Barbados' South Coast. Below Studio 4 are Studio 2 and 3 which are also bookable through this channel. The property is just 15 minutes’ drive from the airport. People of all backgrounds are most welcome. The space This property sits on the beach. On its seaward side, it has direct access to a 180-degree panoramic breath taking, white sandy beach which is excellent for walking, running, swimming, tanning or just lazing in the sun. Beach chairs as well as beach towels are available. From the beach, you can view South Point - the southernmost tip of the island - and enjoy the warm, turquoise waters of the surrounding Atlantic Ocean/Caribbean Sea. The apartment, which looks out onto a garden, is fully air-conditioned and equipped with WiFi and a flat screen television. For your entertainment, local, regional and international programming are available. The studio is self-contained, with a shower and fully equipped kitchenette. There is also access to a deep freeze if required. Studio 4 can accommodate two persons. Depending on the length of stay, the space is cleaned every three days and the linens are changed at that time. There is also access to a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Please note that from April 1st 2019, the Government of Barbados has implemented a 10% Shared Economy Levy on the cost of tourist accommodation. This levy is being collected as a resort fee.
