Your Sagle retreat awaits at this delightful newly built 6-bedroom house. This incredible lakefront home resides just minutes from downtown Sandpoint and a quick 20 minute drive to Schweitzer. This home was designed for families in mind, with our large dining tables and spacious sectionals. Enjoy relaxing in the hot tub or sitting by one of our many fireplaces. Take a paddle board out or lounge in the sun. This home has everything to offer. The space This is a beautiful 3 story home right on the lake. Please note there are a lot of stairs from the main 3rd level floor down to the lake. While we do not allow guests to bring pets please keep in mind that this is a family home and the owners have a dog. We cannot guarantee that this property will be free from pet hair or dander that may cause allergies. Other things to note This house sleeps 14 people maximum. Please keep this in mind when booking the home. Parking is limited to 5 vehicles. Two inside the garage and three outside. **NOTE: Each year on September 18th or the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet. Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks. The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June.
