Welcome to our small 40 m² vineyard house, ideal for hosting 2 people. It offers the necessary amenities, so you can relax and enjoy your stay. The space the accommodation is totally private. Featuring a shower room and sauna, a bedroom, a cozy living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, terrace and small garden area that allows you to park your car inside. Our house offers spaces to relax, get comfortable, have fun, have an aperitif, in a word, enjoy! Guest access Self check-in by lockbox is possible. Located in a quiet hamlet, our house is close to the vineyards and wine-growing chateaux of Sauternes, ideally located for wine and hedonistic tourism! Close to shops in the center of Bourg de Sauternes and restaurants, offering you the convenience and the opportunity to discover the region. You have a magnificent view from the accommodation of several Sauternes castles. Other things to note On request, we can leave you in the refrigerator a gourmet plate (cheeses, cold meats, etc.) for your appetizers for an amount of 20 euros (for 2 people) an assortment of desserts (mini cannelés, macarons, chocolate, meringue, etc.) for 15 euros (for 2 people) a bottle of champagne for 25 euros, a bottle of sauternes for 20 euros, a bouquet of roses for 20 euros.
