Peaceful Lowcountry retreat, centrally-located to Hunting Island State Park, Beaufort, and Parris Island. This home has been thoughtfully renovated and carefully curated to provide our family and yours an escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life with a slowed pace where you can unwind from a day out shopping or adventures at the beach. The space Our home has been a labor of love for our family. We took 12 months to completely renovate this home to turn it into a peaceful retreat for our family and others to enjoy. We have gotten to know and love our neighbors here. This is a working class neighborhood that hosts a variety of families and homes. We have neighbors who have been living here for decades. We also have neighbors within a quarter mile of us whose homes have sold for upwards of a million+. This is not a gated, resort style community. We do not have a golf cart or water views. What we do have, is a beautiful home, in a diverse neighborhood with beautiful foliage that offers a true island life experience that is within minutes of stunning beaches, historical sites and small town shops and restaurants. Guest access The main house is to be used in its entirety besides two owners closets which are locked that house supplies. We ask that guests refrain from going under the house (the drive under/garage) just because it is dark and used to store tools, paint, etc. Everything that guests will need is located in the main home.
