This 4-room apartment with 3 bedrooms is ideal for smaller groups looking for a quiet retreat with privacy away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thanks to the fast internet connection and height-adjustable desks, it is also perfectly suitable for workations / remote work / work stays in munich. You can reach the quiet apartment in the north of Munich by car or public transport. From Munich Central Station it is approx. 20 minutes by train (S-Bahn line S1) to the local train station Oberschleißheim. From the airport you need 23 minutes, also by S1. From the local train station it is less than a 10-minute walk to the apartment. Alternatively, bus lines 292 or 293 stop directly in front of the building. Take the elevator up and enter the apartment into the spacious hallway. Straight ahead you will find the bright, modern and fully equipped bathroom with shower tray. To the right, you enter the large master bedroom with a king-size bed, a small private balcony and a separate work area with 2 electrically height-adjustable desks. To the left, you enter the exclusive dining/living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table. The comfortable sofa bed (120cm) invites you to relax and the 55-inch Smart TV with Netflix offers all kinds of entertainment options. The sunny west-facing balcony offers plenty of space for relaxation and provides a breathtaking sunset. In the morning you can start the day relaxed with a cup of Nespresso coffee. The living area then leads to the other two bedrooms, both offer a 160 cm queen-size double bed. In this area you can also find one additional workstation with an electrically height-adjustable desk. All bedrooms have an open wardrobe, fans and windows that can be darkened with blinds and curtains. On top of that, we installed 2 mobile ACs in the apartment, which can be used in the sommer months. In the parking garage you will find your private parking lot. Additional free parking lots are available in the street in front of the building. The apartment is close to Munich Airport, FC Bayern Munich's Allianz Arena (15min by car), Munich city center (20min S-Bahn S1) and octoberfest, or to the local castle Oberschleißheim Palace. For water enthusiasts, there is also the world's largest thermal spa nearby, the Therme Erding, or the recently opened O2 Surftown Munich (20min by car). The munich trade fair center is only 25 minutes away by car. Guest access You can enter the apartment any time by using a digital lock. The apartment will be used only by you. Make yourselves at home! :) Other things to note We provide high-quality bed linen, towels and a welcome set of coffee and tea. A registration form must be completed before check-in.
