This cozy home features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, providing ample space for relaxation. The updated kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, flowing into an open living area perfect for gatherings. Enjoy the private balcony off the primary bedroom, ideal for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The community pool offers additional leisure options, making this an ideal spot for a serene getaway. BED CONFIGURATIONS: 1 Queen Bed, 2 Twin Beds, and Sleeper Sofa LOCATION: 2800 W Ft Macon Road, Unit 56 Atlantic Beach, NC 28512 WHAT IS PROVIDED: Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar. Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide. PET POLICY: Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum. Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s). VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s). Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
