The space Blue Serenity (Unit A) is a newly constructed home with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, open living areas, decks, and laundry facilities all featuring premium finishes. Unit A offers a reverse floor plan, with the bedrooms on the entry level and the open-concept living room and kitchen on the top floor. This unit can comfortably accommodate 6–7 adults without kids, or families with up to 4 adults and multiple children in the bunk bedroom. Linens: Linens (including bedding, bath towels, and kitchen towels) are provided, with beds already made. Please bring your own beach towels. If you’re flying in, we understand luggage can be limited, and towels are bulky; therefore, if you need, we can provide beach towels for your stay—just let us know a week or two ahead of your trip. Pets: Well-behaved dogs are welcome for a $250 non-refundable pet fee per dog. You are welcome to bring up to two dogs, with a maximum weight of 40 lbs per dog. Beach Gear: We provide 8 beach chairs, a Shibumi sun shade, a beach wagon and a few beach toys. Please bring your own beach towels. Weekly Stays: Typically, weekly stays run Sunday to Sunday. Unit A Full Description Below: Primary Bedroom 1 (King + Private Bath): Enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the king bed, featuring a medium-firm Helix Midnight Lux hybrid mattress. A private bathroom en-suite, 55” smart TV, ceiling fan, dresser, and wardrobe. Step outside to a private deck offering beautiful ocean views. Bedroom 2 (Queen): This bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with a medium-firm hybrid Nectar mattress, a 55” smart TV, ceiling fan, dresser, and wardrobe, ensuring a relaxing stay. Bedroom 3 (Bunk Beds): Perfect for kids or groups, this room includes two bunk beds—one twin over full and one twin over twin with a trundle, allowing for up to 6 guests. The room also has a smart TV and a cozy kids' hangout nook beneath the stairs. Primary Bathroom 1: This en-suite to Bedroom 1 boasts a stylish wood accent wall, a double vanity with quartz countertop, and a fully tiled walk-in shower with glass doors. Hall Bathroom 2: Featuring a wood accent wall, a double vanity with quartz countertops, and a fully tiled tub/shower combination with glass doors. Kitchen: With expansive windows offering views of both the ocean and sound waterways, the kitchen boasts modern cabinetry, quartz countertops, and a tile backsplash. It features a large island with seating for 5, stainless steel appliances, an oven with an electric ceramic top range, a spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 12-cup drip coffee maker, Keurig single-serve coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and blender. A fully equipped space for all your cooking needs. Dining Area: Savor your meals while enjoying breathtaking ocean views at the spacious dining table. This area is part of the open-concept upper floor, including the kitchen and living room. Additional outdoor dining tables provided on the 3rd floor deck as well as at the patio & grill area. Living Room: Relax in the large, comfortable sectional sofa, armchair, and seating poufs. The living room also features a 75” smart TV, ceiling fan, books, puzzles, and board games, with large windows that offer picturesque views of the beach and sound waterways. A half bath is also located on the top floor for convenience. Workspace Desk: A dedicated office desk is located on the 3rd floor. The house offers high-speed internet with whole-home mesh Wi-Fi. Decks: The house boasts 4 decks—2 on the bedroom level and 2 on the top level—each offering beautiful views of the sound and/or the ocean. Patio and outdoor space: The patio is perfect for outdoor enjoyment, offering dining and lounge furniture, a 4-burner gas grill, yard games, and plenty of room for family fun! Outdoor Shower: Additionally, on the ground level, you'll find an enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water. TV and Internet: Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with a smart TV featuring Roku, allowing you to watch smart TV channels or log in to your accounts to stream your favorite shows and movies. The house also offers high-speed internet with whole-home mesh Wi-Fi. Water System: The house features a water softener system and an on-demand hot water heater, ensuring that no one ever has to take a cold shower. Other things to note This property contains two completely separate units, Unit A and Unit B, each with its own private entrance. We intentionally designed the home to provide excellent privacy between the units, with separate living spaces, no interior connection between units, and very limited outdoor shared areas. Unit B occupies the ground floor and may occasionally be occupied. Unit A occupies the upper levels. The driveway, gas grill, and outdoor shower are the only shared amenities. Parking: Blue Serenity shares the driveway with the house behind, so the driveway must remain clear for access. Unit A has 3 designated parking spaces. Babies & Toddlers: The house includes a highchair, booster seat, and pack-and-play for your convenience.
