The space The Little Blue House is an entirely private unit separate from the main house on our property. Your door accessing the unit is private. The unit is above a detached garage used for storage. Guest access Guests have access to the unit and an outdoor space adjacent to the garage. We share the driveway with the unit for our main house. Guests are also welcome to store bikes and skis inside the garage if needed. We also have room for campers and small trailers if needed. Other things to note The apartment is best suited for one person or a couple since it has a queen bed. It can also accommodate travelers with a young child. We have a pack-and-play available. This apartment is also approved by the City of Basalt and has undergone safety inspections to adhere to their Short Term Rental standards.
