With a minimalist design, dark neutral colors, and a balcony overlooking the lagoon pool, it inspired the name Haeun from Haeundae Beach in Busan. This unit is ideal for families or friends looking for an aesthetic stay in Bandung. Located at Pasteur Gateway, with easy access to PVJ, Paskal, Dago, Riau, Gedung Sate, and toll gate. The space Enjoy a unit designed with care to provide peace and gentleness. Haeun has two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa, a bathroom, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. This unit is also equipped with a private balcony with a magnificent view of the Lagoon Pool. Haeun has an area of 55m², is on the 9th floor, facing east, with a balcony facing west. 🛏️ Bed: – Room 1: King Bed + AC – Room 2: Sorong mattress (2 single) + Cooler fan – Additional single folding mattress (can be spread out in the middle room) 🍳 Amenities: – Smart TV (local TV, YouTube, Netflix, Spotify) – Wi-Fi – Air conditioning (in living room & room 1) – Refrigerator, stove, cookware & cutlery – Dispenser with hot & cold water – Dining table – Bathroom with hot water & toiletries – Towels & iron Guest access 🚪 Guest Access Guests get full access to the entire unit during their stay. The unit is inside the Pasteur Gateway Apartment, with the following amenities: – 24-hour security & CCTV throughout the area – Lobby access with security guards at each tower – Paid parking per hour (we provide parking access cards for longer stays at an additional cost of Rp50,000) – Direct elevator access to unit floor (wheelchair-friendly) – Minimarket, laundry, and food kiosks in the apartment area – Swimming pool, gym, & sports room open 8:00am-11:00am & 2:00pm-8:00pm WIB (closed every Monday) ⏰ Check-in (earliest at 2:00pm) Two options are available: – In-person meet (suitable for those who come in the afternoon) – Self check-in (suitable for those who arrive in the afternoon–evening) ⏰ Check-out (no later than 12:00pm) – Self check-out We'll send you a complete guide before you arrive for an easy stay. Other things to note – We provide 5 towels, drinking water, basic toiletries, and coffee & tea for each guest – No smoking inside the unit. Balcony can be used as a smoking area – Please take care of and treat our unit well – Please keep quiet at night for the comfort of other residents – Parking access cards can only be prepared by 3:00pm.
