The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, including master suite with comfortable king bed, access to the balcony, walk-through robe and an elegant ensuite with double vanity and rainfall shower. The second bedroom comes with 2 king single beds and both bedrooms have ceiling fans and zoned ducted air-conditioning for your comfort. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for entertaining with a stone island breakfast bar and high-end appliances, including fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, integrated dishwasher and coffee pod machine. The living room offers relaxed comfort with corner lounge and dining area seating 6. There is a separate media room with sofa bed (perfect for overnight visitors or kids) plus smart TV, so you can really sit back and relax after a day in the sun. Floor-to-ceiling glass stacker doors seamlessly join indoor and outdoor living and the covered oversized balcony with lounge setting is the perfect place to watch the sunset and the Surfers Paradise skyline light up at night. This luxury Kirra / Coolangatta holiday apartment offers everything you need to relax and unwind, plus all the conveniences you’d expect, including zone ducted air-conditioning throughout, fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer, secure underground parking for 2 cars (2.1m) and lift access. Linen All linen, including plush beach towels, is provided, and the two bedroom will be made up for your arrival. The sofa bed will not be made up, however linen will be provided. Keys Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, located at 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. The office is an approximate 3-minute drive south of the property and a 6-minute drive south of the Gold Coast Airport Sol is strictly non-smoking including all common areas and balconies. Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Linen - Linen including bath towels are provided and beds have been made up in preparation for your stay. Key Collection Keys for your property may be collected from our office located at Gold Coast Holiday Homes, DJ Stringer Property Services, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, Queensland. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys must be returned to our office located at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
